I lost interest in it, so I stopped. I recently picked up my needles again, and I am loving it. I have 3 projects on my needles now. 2 scarves and socks.
I was sitting at home one day surfing the net, and I came across a site where a woman was knitting socks. I was automatically intrigued...drawn in by the colors. So, I went to Jo-Ann's and I purchased 4 packs of sock yarn, and some double pointed needles, and set out on the task of knitting some socks. I must agree with what you said in your article, "The thing about knitting socks is--it's hard...until it's easy." Truer words have never been spoken. I had so much trouble holding 4 needles at once, and working with such small yarn. But, I am progressing. I am determined to finish my first pair of socks, and continue on to make many more.
Your article was an inspiration to me. Thanks so much!!!
MichelleAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
